Welcome to AL 100 – Behavioral Styles, part of the Aspiring Leaders series from the Leadership Center of Excellence (LCOE). This course explores the core personality and behavior types that influence how leaders engage, communicate, and collaborate.

In this course, aspiring leaders will gain a deep understanding of behavioral styles, how they show up in the workplace, and how to adapt leadership techniques accordingly. Learners will reflect on their own behavioral style, identify how it impacts team dynamics, and walk away with actionable strategies to improve their leadership presence.
